    We will make an assortment of plant-based, gluten-free meals together and then divide them up at the end of class to take home. Give yourself a foundation of healthy food to start the week in a relaxed class environment. Just bring your containers and we'll team up to take care of the rest!

    Included in cost: food shopping and ingredients, class instruction, 2-4 servings each of 4-5 different meal preps, curated menu and recipes to take home, dishwashing.

Email Jess if you are interested in scheduling a private meal prep club for you and your friends in your home or at another venue. We make 4-5 different dishes and then pack up servings to take home at the end of class.
The menu can be customized to meet the needs of your group.
